I am currently 10 weeks pregnant with my third child and I really struggled taking my pregnancy vitamins this time and found it hard to keep anything down. When I was asked to trial Nutracare PregmaPlus+ I jumped at the chance to take my essential vitamins in a soluble drink!

First look:

The packaging is easily identifiable as a maternity supplement in 2 stages. I comes in handy sachets that are pre-measured to the correct portions and easily popped in your handbag if you need to take on the go.

I love that it’s very easy to identify which stage you should be taking for which part of your pregnancy. The Pink packaging is stage 1 for pre-conception & first trimester, while stage 2 is for 2nd & 3rd trimesters.

Taste:

The one thing I was curious about and eager to try was the taste. I was pleasantly surprised with the vanilla taste of the supplement, not bad at all. You just add to water or mix in with your daily smoothie which adds extra flavour – not to mention more nutritional benefits. What a bonus!

Effectiveness:

The ginger and B6 that is formulated in the supplement,  helped settled my mild morning sickness. I’ve found more energy from the drink this each day and I love how there is also Vitamin D which I always seem to be very low on in pregnancy. What a nice bonus these vitamins are in the formula as it saves me taking extra vitamins. I often find being a busy mum of two young boys and pregnant, I can easily forget to take my vitamins. PregmaPlus+ is so easy in a drink format!

Recommendation:

I would recommend Nutracare PregmaPlus+ Stages 1 & 2 to my friends. Especially for those who are searching for pregnancy vitamins in the form of a soluble drink instead of a tablet form.
