First Look
The Medela 3 in 1 does exactly what it says on the box – it is a 3 in 1 solution. My first thought when I pulled it out of the box is the material looks comfortable, the material is soft and light weight. The material is thick and good quality. The straps were easy to adjust and a nice width for providing support.
Effectiveness
The material is adaptive allowing enough flexibility to adjust to changing breast shape throughout the day, fitting a pump, and would allow for any shields or protective pads you wanted to include without losing its supportive feel.
It includes foam pads that help protect from unexpected leaks or spills during pumping/feeding which is a handy feature in those early postpartum days.
The bra features a double clip per strap which can be easily adjusted or unclipped with one hand (and when do mums ever have more than one hand?). The top clip allows access to pumping while the second snap allows access to a full drop-down cup for skin to skin feeding. This bra is both practical and comfortable which not all nursing bras are!

This bra means that no matter your plans for the day you will be ready to handle it whether you are nursing or pumping or a combination of both you can be hands free and ready to go. It is also incredibly supportive which is essential in those early post-partum days.

Recommendation
First time or seasoned mums will be pleasantly surprised at the versatility and practicality of this bra. It may not be the prettiest product on the market but it makes up for it with its great features and ease of use. It sits at a great price point considering its features and I would definitely recommend it.
