What do all mums need? An extra set of hands! With 2 under 2, being able to be handsfree is a necessity. So when I was asked to review Medela 3 in 1 Nursing and Pumping Bra, I jumped at the chance. Being able to pump and feed my 3-month-old during the day, while chasing my toddler, without having to change bras? You can count me in!

If you are looking for a great nursing bra, look no further! I genuinely love this Medela 3 in 1 Nursing and Pumping Bra. As somewhat of a seasoned mama, I am always looking for ways to make my life easier. With my firstborn, I used and loved the Swing Maxi Flex Double Pump multiple times a day. Didn’t take me long to realise that even while pregnant it made life much easier when I had my hands free to grab a snack or some water while pumping. I invested in the hands free bustier which made one hell of a difference. No accidental spills! Gold star from me.
Effectiveness
It says it all in the name 3 in 1! Who could ask for more? I am now able to pump more often as it is easier to do with the Medela 3 in 1 Nursing and Pumping Bra. Another added benefit is I can add my milk collector to catch the letdown while I am feeding my 3-month-old on the other boob without having to juggle and balance everything. It has a double clip for you to select if you are wanting the hand free pump option or the feeding option which has a full drop-down for maximum skin-to-skin while breastfeeding.
Affordability
Worth the investment! With a pumping bra coming in around $50, and nursing bras ranging into the hundreds, it’s a no-brainer to invest the $65 in a bra that does both!
Overall, the super soft material is especially important for the new tender breastfeeding boobies. The Medela 3 in 1 Nursing and Pumping Bra offers great support, coming in S-XL there is a size for all and with 2 colour choices (black & white), it is suitable for daily wear and is now my go to bra!
