I was given some Weleda Calendula Nappy Change Cream as a gift before my daughter was born, she is now 5 and 1/2 months and as a newborn, had very sensitive skin due to highly concentrated urine whilst we waited for my milk to come in. This is by far the best nappy rash cream I have used on my daughter in the last five months!!! Of all products I have used, I love this product the most!
This is a beautiful product to use, the texture is lovely and kind on the skin and when I have changed to other products my daughter eventually starts to get a red bottom but as soon as I change back to Weleda Calendula Nappy Change Cream, it goes away within a day.
Effectiveness
Weleda Calendula Nappy Change Cream can be used as a preventative measure and when your baby has nappy rash, although I have found over the last five months that only when I didn’t use the Weleda Calendula Nappy Change Cream my daughter developed a red bottom. So this is by far extremely effective in preventing and healing your babies bottom.
Ease of use/benefits
I really liked the fact that Weleda Calendula Nappy Change Cream is dermatologically tested and free from artificial ingredients and preservatives making your feel reassured what you are putting on your baby’s body is safe.
It also has fair trade beeswax which provides a breathable layer of protection to baby’s bottom. This along with the calendula and organic sesame oil and sweet almond oil healed her little bottom in no time. I love that the zinc oxide is an all-natural mineral and takes away the soreness.
I haven’t found a better Nappy Rash Cream yet!
