I’d heard about Qiara before my birth so I had a box ready to go. So when my baby presented with terrible colic, it was a relief that I was already taking it and that it was recommended by both our paediatrician and the chemists who helped my bub. I love the little spoon to measure bub’s dose and while her colic is gone, we still share our Qiara as a little morning ritual which has also helped her get used to a spoon before starting solids! I have never had a single issue in six months of feeding and I credit Qiara with helping that, among other things. Yes it’s expensive but it’s absolutely worth it.

I was recommended this probiotic while breastfeeding and expressing for my premature son. It successfully kept blocked ducts and mastitis away while helping mature my baby’s gut and helping ease reflux and colic symptoms. I swear by probiotics in mine and my sons diet as it keeps us both healthy and well.

I was recommended this probiotic to keep mastitis at bay and it was worth every cent. I took this on advice from my OB and within a couple of days I was feeling so much better. The only reason I have removed a star is the price , it is not affordable for all.

During my first breastfeeding journey I developed mastitis and it was awful. I was recommended Qiara by my GP and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. I never developed mastitis again and I felt that I was giving my son the best start in life. Now I’ve just had my second baby and I haven’t thought twice about using Qiara again. It is expensive but worth every penny.

I have a 5 month old baby. I was recommended this product by my acupuncturist after I had suffered mastitis twice and multiple painful blocked ducts. I started taking it and saw a huge improvement almost straight away and managed to avoid antibiotics. I have been using it now for two months and haven’t had a blocked duct since. Highly recommend.

I wish I knew about Qiara when I was pregnant. I started using it when my daughter developed eczema due to food allergies. It has been a game changer for her. She is much happier, has gained weight, no more signs of colic, her skin and sleep have improved. I have never had mastitis thanks to Qiara daily. I also give my child qiara now that she is eating solids. I have gifted 3 friends who breastfeed Qiara and all three have seen the benefits.

I started taking this when my baby was 3 months old after she had been on a different brand of probiotics. I wanted to wean her off them and figured with this she would still get some through my milk. I wish I had of started this from the beginning! After 2 days I noticed how much happier my baby was, there is less mucus in her stool and she passes any gas easily. I highly recommend these to everyone

I have a 5 month old baby and only recently heard about these probiotics. I wish someone told me about the importance of probiotics in pregnancy and after birth … especially since we had a c section. I can find it tricky to have supplements and medications but this is really easy to swallow and my baby tolerated it well too. I feel great knowing I am supporting my own and babies health
