When it comes to bedtime it’s usually a bit of a struggle. My little girl is just generally full of beans, so I always try to make sleep time calming and restful and I like to start it off with a nice bath so I was excited to try GAIA Natural Baby Sleeptime Bath!

First Look

What stood out for me and what I loved about GAIA’s Sleeptime Bath in particular, was the generously sized bottles with easy pump action, the clear, nicely colour-coded labelling and the dermatologically tested stamp, so I knew it would be safe for my little one and her sensitive skin. This was particularly important to me when I was given the opportunity to try out the GAIA Natural Baby Sleeptime Bath wash as there is nothing worse than a bub with dry, irritated skin right before her bedtime on top of being hyper.

Effectiveness

I have to admit I was a little surprised that after the first time using the GAIA Natural Baby Sleeptime Bath, my little girl seemed pretty relaxed and less resistant when it came to putting her down for the night. But after a few more nights of baths, it was clear that the Sleeptime Bath Wash had become a very welcomed addition to our bedtime routine.

Whilst my girl still loves to have a splash around and have a laugh in the bath, I can see how calm she is afterwards (Thank you ylang-ylang and lavender) and I can feel how smooth and soft her skin is (thank you evening primrose oil!).

Outcomes/Benefits

My little one’s skin is prone to dryness and sometimes eczema so being free from soaps and sulphates and all those artificial nasties is a big plus with the Sleeptime Bath. The organic essential oils also gently cleanse her skin so she stays nice and soft all whilst feeling calm and peaceful like she’s straight out of the day spa!

Since adding GAIA Natural Baby Sleeptime Bath to our bedtime routine, I have visibly noticed my little girl’s skin is no longer dry and she is more relaxed and ready for bed. We’ve turned it into a whole calming experience with a little massage after, dim lighting and calm music and she just loves it.

Recommendations

It’s a yes from me on this one. The natural and organic ingredients give peace of mind knowing that it’s suitable for all skin types. I actually use a lot of the GAIA Natural Baby range particularly on bath days, including the Bath & Body Wash for the mornings, so she has the full spa experience on bath days and it also helps her know the difference between morning and bedtime.

I recommend it to all. They’re affordable and great value, and what’s also fab is you can get little travel packs of the range too, so you can take them away or over to nan’s for those sleepovers. I’ve even given some of the starter kits as gifts for new mums and they’ve loved them!
