Ooops! Mum shares fake tan mishap

Fake tan is notorious for its associated mishaps – we’ve all heard horror stories of streaky legs, orange palms and stained clothes.

But one mum has discovered a calamity of a different kind after breastfeeding her bub soon after an application. 

His face tells the hilarious story!

The bub’s mum Gemma Colley posted the photo on Facebook which has since gone viral and received more than 100,000 likes.

“From one mum to another, I’d like to let you know about my epic fail of fails,” she wrote on the Unmumsy Mum page.

“Yesterday I had a spray tan, a few hours later I breastfed my little boy. Cue 5 o’clock shadow and a very guilty mummy.”

Fortunately, the orange glow didn’t last too long with Colley sharing an “after” shot in a later post, which shows her rosy-cheeked bub soundly sleeping.

“Photo evidence that tonight’s feed was much less orange,” she wrote.

“Thanks for all the positive comments. I’m just another mummy trying to shed light on the adventures and misadventures of being a parent.”
