This is the most common sleep position in babies. If your baby is sleeping this way, he or she may have a tough exterior but is still shy or sensitive in the future. They may appear to be shy at first but brighten up once comfortable with the environment and people around him or her.Tough on the outside, but soft in the inside.

The personality your baby might have in the future,according to this sleep position, are social, happy-go-lucky, and naive, sometimes to the point of being gullible.
Yearner
(Sleeping on one’s side with the arms in front)
Babies who sleep in this position might become suspicious and distrustful when he or she grows up. However, he or she may be open-minded but stubborn in making decisions.
Soldier
(Lying on one’s back with the arms pinned to the sides)
Babies sleeping in this position are most likely to be reserved, quiet and keep themselves and others to a high standard.
Free Fall
(Lying on one’s front with the arms around the pillow and the face positioned to one side)
Free fallers was said to be adventurous but are very sensitive to criticism. They are also brash and fond of the company of others.This position is not ideal for baby because it is a risk factor for SIDS.
Starfish

The studies found starfish sleepers to be helpful, unassuming, good listeners and are uncomfortable being the center of attention.
